Alsop Meadows – 46.20 acres of woods and open meadows for hiking along east side of Farmington River
Countryside Park – 13.2 acres of recreational space for picnicking, swimming, fishing and skating; building with kitchen available for family/community use. 335 Huckleberry Hill Road, 673-0517
Fisher Meadows - 233 acres with 25 acres of active recreational facilities including: 4 regulation soccer fields, 4 regulation softball fields. Undeveloped areas offer hiking, fishing and boating, cross-country skiing. Old Farms Road near intersection with Tillotson Rd.
Hazen Park - undeveloped park of 36 acres of open space for hiking, jogging, cross country skiing. Located off Nod Road adjacent to Woodford Hills Road.
Huckleberry Hill Recreation Area - multi-purpose park of 279.8 acres, which includes one all-purpose field, a small playground, tennis courts, basketball court, and pavilion. Huckelberry Hill Road
Rails to Trails - 4.5-mile section of Farmington Valley Greenway which runs along abandoned railway stretching from Route 4 in Farmington. Can be used for walking, jogging, bicycling and roller-blading, and cross-country skiing.
Sperry Park - 9.4 acres consisting of 3 Little League Fields, 1 all-purpose Field, and a small picnic area. Simsbury Road (Route 10) and Mountain View Avenue
Sycamore Hills Recreation Area - 33 acres of open area for soccer and other games. The town pool, a basketball court, 4 tennis courts, a children’s playscape and a pavilion are located here. 635 West Avon Road, 673-5696
Town Green - site of the Gazebo and Veterans’ Memorial. Located on West Main Street ( Route 44) adjacent to Town Hall.
