PERMITS ISSUED BY THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT:
In order to work in the Town of Avon, all Contractors must have a $5,000.00 Bond and
Certificate of Insurance on file in the Engineering Department. The Town will accept
any bond form that the Contractor's insurance agent uses.
A CBYD number is required for both Sewer Permits and Excavation/Driveway Permits.
