Homeowners and Renters:
This program gives seniors and/or disabled homeowners property tax relief, as provided through the State of Connecticut. Credits are based on a graduated income scale. The period for application for homeowners is February 1st - May 15th, while renters may apply May 15th through September 15th. Renters' Rebate Program:
If you are 65 or older or totally disabled and your annual income is below $39,500, you are eligible for a rebate from the State of Connecticut. The filing period is May 16 - September 15, 2012. For more information and/or an appointment, please call the Assessor's Office at 860-409-4335.
